My apologies if you've seen some of these pics elsewhere, and are getting sick of them already :D (errrr...that would likely be YOU, Barbie)
4 days since hatching-I've tried to count(not all are in the frame of the picture) there are at least 30, probably closer to 36 or more..David

Congrats on the spawn and nice pictures by the way!

I remember you posted in a topic about sexing your L-260's a while ago. Do you know who is male and female in the photos you posted earlier?

Hi!

Why did you take the "hopping-eggs" out so early?

I have a BETTER idea of which are which... ;) Four of them pretty much have to be females-they're VERY gravid...and of course the male has been caring for the eggs...I have a total of 6 fish-the sixth I "believe" is a 2nd male, but I can't be sure...
Some of the wigglers left the cave early, so I put them in a breeder net...The rest I removed from the cave a few days later because the first ones were doing well, and from past experience with bristlenose fry, it was going to be hell to get them out of that cave later rather than sooner...
I want to be able to begin feeding them as soon as they've absorbed their eggsacs, and I didn't want them to be all over the tank(the breeder tank is a 50 gallon)

David, your doing a great job with them. Keep up the good work. I've enjoyed reading about their progress on your forum in Winnipeg...
