Hi All!
Well next week end I will receive 5 supposely Synodontis robertsi.
From what my friend told me they look similar to the true S. robertsi.
The only problem is that they are supposed to come from Ghana, and checking on FIshbase S. robertsi doesn't occur there.
So to your idea what might I get?
Cheers

How rare is that species?
This is a species restricted to the Guinea region, and so one does not often encounter this species (as with most Guinea endemics). However, we are starting to see a little more of Guinea imports recently.

HI All!
So finally received the 5 little guys, they are 4-5 cm long maximum.
The overal body shape reminds a bit of S. nigrita, the upper body has numerous small black spots, and some broad irregular brown band follow by the same type of band but grey cover the body...
Anyone has an idea of what they might be??
S. nigrita???
Cheers
