For anyone who has seen the movie, after K, takes J to jeeves place, he wipes his memory and they are in a asian restaraunt. In the backround there is a round porthole window with a fishtank in it. I am pretty sure i spotted a pangasius swimming right next to the glass can anyone confirm this?

Yes, it is. Anyone spot the catfish in Lord of the Rings?

No, I think it was an Ictalurid but not sure. Might have been a Silurus.

It was an ictalurid (or maybe a CGI version of something like an ictalurid). Smeagol/Gollum catches a catfish and eats it raw.
I think a catfish showed up again in Smeagol's flashback, when Deagol hooked a large catfish that pulled him underwater that led to his discovery of the ring.

Not a catfish, but in From Russia With Love NO.1 had a very ornate Betta tank and fed the loser of the battle to the cat.

there's another catfish in LOTR too. A gigantic, horribly mutated L-34
Ancistrus ranunculus
with huge "bristles" that appears from the dark water at the gates of Moria...

There was also the tank full of a dozen or so
in
Octopussy. If anyone has the movie, I think it's in Octopussy's house, and is visible as Bond is trying to sneak out.
