Overview The first spawn was on Tuesday 4th of October 2011. The breeding group consisted of 1 male and 1 female. The smallest male was at least 120mm SL and the smallest female was at least 110mm SL. The youngest adult was approximately 36 months old. The individuals were obtained from Unknown.
Further spawns Tuesday 27th of November 2012. 1 in total.

Other Water Params Tap water from St Louis, treated with Prime. No RO was used. 30% weekly water changes were performed.

Dimensions The aquarium dimensions were 1219mm x 305mm x 457mm (48" x 12" x 18") all Length x Width x Height.
Furniture 55 gallon, bare bottom, some wood and rocks, and 1 cave, of apparently the correct size and orientation.
Filtration 2 whisper 2s hanging off the back.
Lighting Low, but single strip across the top.
Heating Yes, with a 200 watt submersible heater.

Behaviour Typical cave spawning plecos.
Eggs There were 25 eggs laid which were 0.0mm in diameter.
Segregation Fry left in tank with parents, hiding under wood.

Fry and juvenile feeding Fry scavenged food from parent feeding. I would typically crumble up a few of the hikari carnivore pellets, or add some of the pellet dust to the tank.
