Overview The first spawn was on Thursday 27th of January 2011. The breeding group consisted of 2 males and 3 females. The smallest male was at least 80mm SL and the smallest female was at least 80mm SL. The youngest adult was approximately 24 months old. The individuals were obtained from Juvenile imports from LFS, labelleled as L271.

Down Breeding
Behaviour Standard. Male trapped female in a bamboo or PVC cave. Several successful spawns with up to 32 young.
Eggs There were 20 yellowish eggs laid which were 5.0mm in diameter.
