I received 6 F-1 L134s from apistomaster July 2008. I haven't had any success in breeding mine
yet. I feed them shrimp and earthworm sticks, bloodworms,and blackworms. They are in a heavily
planted 40 gallon breeder. They sure look big enough to breed, and I'll sure let you know when they do.

Thanks for all of the input guys. I breed tons of albino and calico bristlenose and feed them Hikari algae wafers and Wardley shrimp pellets. Just wanted to see if these guys ate something different. I will try some zucchini. I usually let the dad take care of the babies and leave them in the parent...

It took a while but I finally saved some 183 fry. This is about the fourth batch of eggs with the first three batches all having fungus or not being fertilized. This fourth batch was kicked out of the cave so I put it in a net breeder. Most of them were covered with fungus but I saved about 15 which...

Thanks, Barbie. I have found that out. They eat just about everything and are growing quickly. They are fat and just about a half inch. I hope I am not over feeding them. I am so psyched about having some more, I couldn't believe it when I saw them in the tank, even though that was what I was trying...
