Re: Synodontis njassae breeding?
Hey,
Oliv, I can understand that .
So please tell me if hybrids are sterile? Or you can spawn them as well with hormone injections?
It would be really nice to know if you know about people who use hormones to spawn plecos . Just to make us more aware in a pet shop.
Best wishes.

Re: Shane's World article 'My First Collecting Trip'
Hey, Sid I don't know how things are working in NL but in Poland you can catch anything. You just have to drive for about 30 minutes to get considerably far away from a city then stop, go to the forest and voila :). The Law is other thing and you have to know what species you can collect and what yo...

If females are still small it would be good to strip them pretty soon since catfish babies are much bigger that cichlids babies an...

Re: Multipunctatus Spawn
Hey, are you sure your catfish are Synodontis multipunctata ? Maybe they are Synodontis lucipinnis or Synodontis sp(2) since breeding behaviour sounds strange. I've hear about multipunctata spawning like that but it is not often. Eggs were rather big? Like cichlids eggs or rather much more smaller? ...

Re: Lake tanganyika syno group
Hello, indeed good choice, what a lucky guy! :) I have never kept granulosus but from petricola and polli as companions I would rather choose petricola. True polli get really big (my biggest male is around 20cm SL). Big syno will be considered as a potential opponent by granulosus so I would try som...
