As of right now its 11:51 pm and I have school tomorrow...i am re locating my B. Juruense and M. Tigrinus to their new tank(180gallon) from there old tank(75gallon). Nice catfish! Is that the giant bumble bee pim or the smaller version(if there is one or am i getting confused?). It looks like its pretty fun to keep! How big does it get max? I want to start a small south american catfish tank now after looking at those pics!

Lophiosilurus alexandri -i never understodd why they labled this as a pim..it does look pretty interesting though. I saw some in a tank with tiger rays.

I had one...I kept it with my silver arowana and a tiger shovelnose catfish. It grew very fast and ate alot! They get up to about 26". pH should be around 6.8...temp-80degrees F. Good Luck with it.

under tank talk it says discuss photos of your tanks and aquaria...The title is kind of misleading. I think people will mistake this as general aquarium talk instead of photo area. Just my opinion. :D

Rio Madeira Catfish questions

I know M. Tigrinus and B. Flavicans can be found in the Rio Madeira but does anyone know if B. Juruense can be found here also. Also can jau catfish(zungaro zungaro) be found in the rio madeira? I want to start a strictly Rio madeira tank. A list of fish found from this river(i think im dreaming now...
