What is the best way to attach these plants to bogwood and stones ?
Some web sites say fishing line or even hair nets and then other sites say do not use elastic bands.

Which plec book to get ?
I am in the process of getting my first plec book (after looking at info on the pc for ages) and I am just wondering which people feel is the better book out of the the two below :

White Seam Plec's
As my male plec has got bigger the 'white seam' has disappeared apart from the tips of the tail ........... is this normal ? Also if anyone in the North East of the UK knows where I can aquire a female please let me know.

Has anybody else heard of these plec's ? My LFS has got some in but I cannot find any information them - the closest thing I have found that looks like one is the L183 Starlight Bristlenoe Plec.

Last year (Feburary) I used some slug pellets on the plants in the garden ......... I think it must have been them. As for the Nitrates .... when I used my test kit the water did'nt change colour at all and when I looked at the comparison chart it said the reading was 0. Thanks for the replies guys ...
