Sorry for the bad pictures but he was terrified.
I counted the Dorsal rays and i counted it 3 times and i count 10 dorsal rays.

This is the one i find on Planetcatfish : Pterygoplichthys pardalis
Originally this was sold to my as Hypostomus plectomus when it was 4cm large

Can i confirm this id?

Hi Joey1994,

looks correct. However, is another possibility. The two can look very similar and you tell them apart by looking at the color pattern on the belly. Check out the Cat e-Log links (above) to each of these species to see how to tell the difference.
