Plecocaine Good or bad?

so I recently came across an online product named plecocaine and have read some pretty good things about it. But I've also heard bad things like it was repackaged salmon feed or something, and the analysis seems decent on it but the ingredients seem a little "fishy" . So I'm wondering if anyone on this forum uses this stuff and how do they like it and also what is it exactly and does the guy selling this stuff make it or does he buy in bulk?
