Sick sailfin ( Pterygoplichthys multiradiatus )

Pterygoplichthys multiradiatusImage

My sailfin is looking very sorry for it self, the discoloured flank is a pale grey as though its lost its natural colour. I am having to treat a couple of Angels with Malachite green and copper mix. Could this be the reason or has he be in a fight with my big Panaque. My heaters have guards fitted
Can anyone answer my question please.

Looks like you actually have a Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps there and that change in coloration is pretty normal for the species.
