L27 identification
Hello..I got two L27. In my opinion they are both Panaque Cf Armbrusteri from the Rio Xingu. What's your opinion ?? Thx !!

I think you're right, they are . Here are two of my larger ones for you to compare with, between 18-24cm.
Were these fish 'new', or from hobbyists? I'd be interested to hear where they came from as they are so seldom seen now.

Thx for you're reply. One I got from a hobbyist and the other one at a fisheries trade show, they thought it was a L190/L191

In another tank I've got 9 L190. De last few weeks I notticed that one of the specim looks different.....it has darker eyes and another colour. In my opinion is it another L27....but which one ?? Is it Tocantis or Tapajos

I noticed it recently. They are in a tank with al lot of wood so I don't see them always.
