just intro to myself. i am 30 and have had fish for about a year now, have gone through a few of them
now i am down to
2 tiger shovelnose
1 lima shovelnose
1golden shark
1 irridescent shark
1 albino irridescent shark
2 plecostemos 1 small 1 big
1 striped pictus cat
1 striped rapheal cat
1 red oranda

Whats a ''golden shark'' in the us then?
thats alot a big fish you got there. what made you get a red oranda you could have been all catfish now you've lost all credibility.

the oranda is in my wifes tank, i wanted to put it in with the cats but she wont let me, the golden shark is what they call it at the pet store it is also known as red finned cigar shark

heh, an oranda wouldn't last long with the TSN's once they start getting over a meter

I'm assuming with the other fish that you have listed there, that you realize how big the red finned cigar shark gets, but just in case you don't, here's a picture of one in a tank full of 6 inch frontosa and other big fish....

I noticed a Leporinus fasciatus was it being aggressive?
