Post by xsu-xsu »

Found 3 of these in a tank full of c. metae. I'm fairly sure on c. simulatus but I'm normally wrong!!

£4 each. Reasonable?

Nice one, do you know if you have both sexes?

Sometimes you can pick up C. septentrionalis in amongst C. melini.

I'm fairly sure that I have 2 females and one male, the bottom one is smaller and thinner than the other 2. It may be a younger one or a male. The larger ones are around 5cm from snout to caudal penduncle, so a bit of growing yet to do before they're breeding size!!

I bought on the basis that I've never seen this species before, and they were only £3.95 each which is quite cheap for any cory except aenues, paleatus et al.

How much would you expect to pay for them if they were labelled correctly then?
