Corydoras Schwartzi Variante?

Post by xsu-xsu »

Spotted this amongst a batch of melanistius. Is this a variant of c schwartzi or maybe a c. agassizii variant?
This fish has extra long barbels!!
The best match I've found from the Aqualog catalogue is 'Corydoras sp. "SPOTTED-LINE"' on page 46. Checking Ian's site ...

Sorry about the pics in the bag, but I only had limited time to take the photo and this seemed the easiest way!!

I think it is closer to C. ornatus than anything else.

That was my initial thought, but looking through the Aqualog catalogue, I decided no as there always seems to be some element of black on the dorsal and a less coloured face than this one.
