I think Janne was talking about doing it, but nothing has happened and that was some time ago. I'd certainly welcome it.

HH,

Actually, I remember now, Amanda was going to write one with Lee. I think I said to Janne (who also offered) to hold off.

However, I think Amanda has written something but it still could perhaps do with a reviewing eye (Lee was unable to as it turned out). As it's her first, how would you feel about adding comment on Amanda's review?

I recently saw Ingo give a slide presentation on L#'s at a fish show, and a friend of mine found me a copy of his new book...Both the talk, and the book were very informative..David

I should be able to do it, although I was planning to write a review of this book:

for the site before the Seidel book landed on my desk today.

Where else would you be able to get live pics of Neoplecostomus ribeirensis, Kronichthys lacerta, two species of Isbrueckerichthys (I. alipionis and I. epakmos), Chasmocranus lopezi, Trichomycterus zonatus and Listrura picinguabae among all the other cool catfishes, but in this book? I had never seen a picture of the critically endangered pimelodid Steindachneridion until I laid eyes on this book.

HH,

Can Amanda email you direct for your comments and then you do the Mata Atlantica review? I've read it already and it just needs someone who has sight of Seidel's book to comment - should only take 15 mins.

Excellent, thanks. For my part I _promise_ to turn around the reviews as soon as I can after they come in.

I have written something in Norwegian her, after receiving it from the publisher. Mats can translate it, if he has the time, and you can use it at PC

Whilst I enjoyed reading your review, I think one review is enough, and Amanda has already written one. [Not sure if I have sufficient time either, but that's another problem].

One of the most enjoyable evenings ever in this hobby for me was a banquet dinner at the NEC convention a few years ago. It was an honor and privilege to sit with the Weitzmans. Very nice people with insightful things to say.
