Are the Ageneiosus sp as red as the image or was that the flash?

Thanks Martin. They are I think. They are that red, but I think this is due to their diet.

They look very similar to my fishes, which I concluded at Opsodoras stubeli

Can't say they are, but it is a second possible name.

I got them for something like half a year now, and currently they show themselves sometimes during the day. This might, however, be due to the company, amongst which Ossancora punctata (formerly Doras punctata).

Hi Bas Pels - I had a look at O. stuebeli too, as they are a similar shape etc, but leaned towards H. morrisi because of the dark patch at the base of the dorsal fin (not sure if O. stuebeli has this?). They are very similar. I've emailed Mark Sabaj so hopefully he will sort it.

kruseman - thanks, they are great aren't they! Been after some for quite a while now.

I can imagine that.
Although my single S. acsi, that I've got from Marc, isn't such a looker as this one, I'm still fond of keeping it.

Tatia sp. Novia otorongo" showed up at a Dutch wholesalerslist.
Could this be the same fish as your new Spinipterus, Steve?
