I thought of Otocinclus cocama for the hot chocolate (cocoa) reference, but it doesn't fit the rest of the clue.

Now I'm thinking, who drank hot chocolate/cocoa first? The Mayans and Aztecs (if you believe Wikipedia). There is the Mayan Sea Catfish,
