peckoltia sp.02

Post by evdzwaag »

I just aquired two peckoltia sp.02. I had never seen these peckoltia before...are they rare, or just not common in the trade in this part of the world (netherlands).

Hi!

Are you sure that it is exactly this species that you have?
Any chance to be "Zonancistrus" pulcher or Peckoltia sp L134? These 2 are commonly encoutered...if you have a picture of your fish it will really be helpfull to id your fish.

Cheers

FWIW, L2 is on this week's menu from a Brazilian exporter,
"L002 PLÃ?CO VERMICULATA TIGER $1.80/ea. 40/bag"

Not to mention the fact that you have to buy 40 of this plus several more bags full of similar quantities of fish to qualify for these prices.

My point was just that 'tis the season for L002.

Hi!

Ok and did you checked the fish pictured under "Zonancistrus" pulcher and under Peckoltia sp L134?
Is one looking more similar to your fish?
Any chance for you to post a picture?

Cheers
