Furniture I started this tank when I moved to portland, OR. I moved away for a while and left it with a friend, and took it back when I came back to town. It has lived here longer than I have. Anyway I've just revitalized it to include amano amazonia substrate on top of eco-complete and some gravel. I have a piece of driftwood with lava fern on it. I have rotala indica all along the back, and some lobelia cardinalis, tonina fluviatilis, and tonina belem here and there. I'm adding CO2 with the natural plant system and ladder, and have two 15 watt flourescent bulbs and I'm really dying to put a T5 on this tank soon. fauna: 8 celestichthys margaritatus with 3 babys, and 12 rasbora maculata, and my awesome pitbull sp.

Furniture I started this tank to house native florida fishes, but that didn't last very long. The substrate is flourite black sand mixed with flourite. There is a giant bush of java moss that likes to cover the entire bottom of the tank if I'm not diligent. The top of the water is almost covered with water lettuce. I recently planted a few stems of rotala mini type II. fauna: 1 pair of jordanella floridae, an ever-growing group of heterandria formosa "gold morph", 4 rasbora axelrodi, 3 green neons, corydoras elegans and 20 hemigrammus hyanuary sp. aff.
