Down Breeding
Behaviour Behavior nearly identical to paleatus cory. Male pursuing female until she relents then they do the classic T-position. Egg laying started on amazon sword, but eventually moved to glass as well. Over the course of the day they appear to have laid at least 100 eggs, if not more, all throughout the tank. Egg laying seems to be strongly favoring side of tank that gets sun from a south facing window.
Eggs There were 100 clear/cream eggs laid which were 1.0mm in diameter.
Time to hatch 2 days
Number: 24
Free swimming: 3 days
Segregation Parents don't bother the eggs at all, but there was significant (25-30%) fungus-ing, so yield may improve with removal and treatment.
