Overview | The first spawn was on Saturday 12th of January 2019. The breeding group consisted of 1 male and 1 female. The smallest male was at least 220mm SL and the smallest female was at least 210mm SL. The individuals were obtained from Countryside aquatics. |

Behaviour | Male and female avoided each other until she was extremely gravid. Then the male started caving alot. Female started to show signs of trapping 2 weeks prior to spawning. Eggs | There were 300 golden/yellow eggs laid which were 0.6mm in diameter. |

Segregation | I took the eggs on day 7 after some had hatched on day 6.
