Overview The first spawn was on Monday 15th of February 2021. The breeding group consisted of 2 males and 4 females. Dimensions The aquarium dimensions were 762mm x 305mm x 305mm (30" x 12" x 12") all Length x Width x Height.
Furniture Bare bottom tank with spawning mops and plastic plants on bottom and 2 broken flower pots.
Filtration Air powered ATI Sponge and small Eheim internal Filter
Lighting No direct lighting, only ambient light.

Down Breeding
Behaviour Female lays egg mass in spawning mops. Eggs where in a group similar to "frog spawn". Approx 40 eggs laid.
Eggs There were 40 eggs laid which were 0.0mm in diameter.

Segregation I removed the eggs and hatched them in a specimen container, raised fry in the container for 3 weeks and then moved fry to 10G tank. New eggs laid every 2-3 weeks, unsure if same female or different.

Fry and juvenile feeding Fry feed off the surface and are nocturnal. Fed on Azoo Artificial Artemia, and other very small floating food.
