Overview | The first spawn was on Friday 29th of November 2013. The breeding group consisted of 1 male and 2 females. The smallest male was at least 8mm SL and the smallest female was at least 7mm SL. The individuals were obtained from Rare aquatics. |

Behaviour | Heater malfunction caused the temp to rise to 32.9 oC.. Removed and changed to external thermo... 25l water change brought back to normal level... Two days later male was in the cave with eggs... |

Segregation | Male kicked the eggs, rescued and removed into breeding trap with airstone, tiny piece of bogwood added for cover, that's where they hatched...
After two weeks released back into the parents tank... |
