Scientific Name Atopochilus christyi  Boulenger, 1920
Common Name
Type Locality Stanley [Boyoma] Falls and Ituri River at Avakubi, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Etymology Atopochilus: From the Greek atopos, meaning strange, and cheilos, meaning lip; in reference to the unusual oral morphology.
