Etymology	Greek, brachys, eia = short + Greek, platys = flat + Greek, stoma = mouth.
Species Information
Size	1920mm or 75.6" SL. Find near, nearer or same sized spp.
Identification	The only large Pimelodid with platinum head and gold body; only Brachyplatystoma with short barbels when adult.
