I checked the nitrites, nitrates, ammonia and pH.

The nitrites are at 0 ppm.
The nitrates are at about 10-15 ppm.
The ammonia is still at 0 ppm.
The pH is at 8.0 ppm. I tested the tap water that I use and it is at 8.8 ppm pH or over.

I did not use a biowheel from a cycled tank.
