Do you put the dad and the cave in the breeder box ? And when do you take the dad out then ? I wait for the fry to gain their pattern, then I remove them from the cave. By the time they have a pattern, they have about absorbed their yolk and are strong enough to survive without the care of dad fann...

You can see these tiny guys look just like their parents as soon as they leave the cave. This batch had 16 fry.

I have been spawning L-66 for a few years now. I usually get 30-32 eggs each spawn. Cave is 2" tall, 3" wide, and 7" deep.

In the first picture of both fish, the fish on the top left has shorter pectoral fins and a more rounded head. I think it's a female. I have been told by my wholesaler that ALL Queen Arabesque/King Tiger/333 types are now banned from exportation out of Brazil. Does anyone have any info saying the same thing or oposing it?
