I agree that it is a Hypancistrus after having seen the pictures!

In the pictures that is shown here it might have been a little stressed, it had just come in the aquarium after a 3 hours trip, it darkend a littlebit after a few hours!

It´s now most likly to be the L270 ...

I bougt a couple new catfish this weekend, my girlfriend bougt a Pekoltia but i can´t see what kind it is! the store had no clue and just sold it as a Peckoltia sp.

So my question is, has anyone got ab idea witch Peckoltia it is?

From Sweden- don´t write in the forum allmost at all but reads a lot in it! catfish has come to be the central thing in my aquariums and a passion to breed(in small amounts just for the intrest by anyway) them.

sadly, it´s hard to get hold of many spices(i don´t mean eg curry... i just can´t ...

when i got it it was about 2cm and now it´s between 8-9cm.... i actually have 2.. the other one is 5cm and i think they are the same sexing because they are always on the each sides of the tank(is a 450Liters tank)

I will move him to a medic tank in a few hours, I´m just going to by a new pump :? as the old one is to week... and I´ll try to take more photos of him then, I´m sorry to say that he doesen´t look better today, but none of the other fishes seems to be affected, so thanks for the help so far! :D ...

The heater is a possibillity , winter has come to sweden now and it was just 2 days ago i first pluged it in! I´ll try to get a more sharp picture of him as soon as i can! sometime ...

I have a problem with one of my catfishes, he seems to have gotten pale and stays a bit for him self, it´s a Rineloricaria Centurion, anyone who has got ideas what it the cause and what i can do to help him? i have 3 more and the sympome showed over night! but only on this one!

I have an UPS that i was given from my work... the batteries was bad in it and since it was an old model they gave it to me insted :)
It´s connected to the pump and the light, we have had one power outake in 3 years and it lasted for five minutes so it´s realy not nessesary... but since i got it ...

I took 2 pictures of the yesterday, they are not so good... i´ll try to take better ones tonight! this first i think is a male....

I´m looking for infomation for Rineloricaria sp. Centurion, I have 4 of these I i only know that they are a whiptale kind of Catfish.. I guess Centurion is the plce it comes from...

Does anyone have information about this catfish specifficly? Or more info on the catfish that is near this one ...
