I can honestly agree with Barbie about the Melatonia Praecox - they are a stunning fish that brighten up any tank with their beautiful colours (and they are a doddle to keep). I am just wondering where you are getting your L200 from and how much ? I just live down the road in Hartlepool. p.s. Sorry ...

Firslty let me say that I have never bred catfish - I have looked at ALL the info I can find. I have put my male hoplo and a gravid female in a breeding tank with a sponge filter and a 8"x8" ceiling tile on the top ......... 3 days later there is bubble's all over the top of the tank :D My...

Digital camera advise required
Hello all ............ Can anyone recommend a decent digital camera to me for about the
£150-200 mark. I borrowed a friends Fuji camera and it was rubbish for detailed fish photo's.

Can anyone tell me at what size will the male's pectoral fins change colour ? I bought 6 of these lovely cats to try and eventually breed them BUT they are all well over 2.5" long now and none of them are even starting to show orange rays on the front fins .......
