Researching L200 I discovered that there are two such species with this designation, Hemiancistrus subviridis AND Baryancistrus demantoides. Adding further to my confusion is that I found a fish offered for sale as L200A. Anyone care to shed some light on this conundrum ?

I agree with Andy that your chances of success will be much greater if you keep your corys by themselves, that way you will be able to see how much food they are consuming and also rule out predation by other tank-mates. What size tank are the adults maintained in and can you please supply water parameters.
It appears from some of the photos of the fry that they were moved to an auxiliary tank,
can you comment on this.

I totally agree with Richard about harmfull bacteria growing on the bottom of the tank. When I began breeding bushynose plecos I too suffered unexplained losses of fry. Try wiping down the bottom and sides of the grow out tank ....... it worked for me.

Now that they're are taking microworms and bbs there's no need for paramecium.Make frequent water changes and watch em grow.

I add some plant material, usually a small clump of java moss and a ramshorn snail to the hatching container. This adds microscopic first foods - follow this with micro worms and you should be off to a good start. Wishing you luck

I bought 6 cories listed as emerald cories from the auction in Pittsburgh. They are about 3 cms in length and are a bright emerald green in colour. They look nothing like aeneus as far as color , more like a Brochis but there are only seven rays in the dorsal.

To remove Cory eggs from the glass I began with a razor blade but later used a plastic credit card as it is wider and worked better, collected more eggs per swipe. I can see how corybreed's suggestion of using a clump of Java Moss would work just fine too.Great tip, I'm going to try that next time. ...
