This one is hard to say, honestly. They can be quite obnoxious with newcomers. I would probably put him in a separate tank if you have one up and established already, just to ensure that shipping stress didn't keep him from thriving.

i'd consider it a success. problem is it floats i think i messed up using blender to blend in the gelatin

thanks, I've been dropping Hikari algaE wafers into the tank.
my L316 are shy and i seldom see them, but i drop Hikari shrimp pellets for them at night.
Won't Hypans eat algae wafers?
I also have Indian almond leaves in the tank.

I have 2 female and 1 male Albino red eye bristle nose in 1 tank,
and i have 2 lemon blue eye male and 2 Lemon blue eye female in another tank.

i would like to breed them, would it be OK to mix them in one single tank and expect the red eyes to breed with themselves and the blue eyed ones ...
