I've remember my four Mystus vittatus which lived about 8 years, and my friend's 11 years old Megalechis thoracata. But it seems, that some fish are like turtles :)

Pseudopimelodidae lifespan

Hi,

I wonder, how long could live fish from this family, especially two species:

* Microglanis iheringi (I heard about real "Matuzalems" ;)
* Batrochoglanis (Pseudopimelodus) raninus raninus

I've these guys in my tanks, so I'm very interested about such data :)
Of course, any informations about ...

Hi,

I just wanted to say Hi to everybody.
I'm from Poland, I've started my hobby over 11 years ago and my firs fish
was Meglechis thoracata. At this moment I've this guys as long with two
species of corys and I've had luck to get two wonderful species: Microglanis iheringi
and Batrochoglanis ...
