For anyone who has seen the movie, after K, takes J to jeeves place, he wipes his memory and they are in a asian restaraunt. In the backround there is a round porthole window with a fishtank in it. I am pretty sure i spotted a pangasius swimming right next to the glass can anyone confirm this?

Yea i have a marineland emperor 400 filter, but it just doesn't seem to be cutting it, and my method of water changing is very poor, and i have like a max of 14 gallons i can change at once in my 46 gallon tank. Which is why i asked if anyone could suggest a more efficient form of water changing.

Filtration question.

what would be the recomended filtration, for a 12-14 inch albino sailfin in a 46 gallon tank. Yes i know he is probably to big for the tank, but when i got him he was like an inch long, and i though he was a common that might top out at 8 or so.

Iron Chef America

I was saddened as i watched the show last night, their secret ingrediant was channel catfish. They took them fresh outta the tank and to a cutting board. Almost brought a tear to my eye. Yea i'm a softy, but what can i say, it was sad.

Pangasius Problem.

As stated in my previous topic, i have an Iridescent who electricuted himself after breaking a heater.

Well he has been lieng on his right side for the past two days.

His fins are starting to turn red, and i believe their rotting.

What should i do?

Next time keep him away from the mexican food, never know what the stuff will do to ya.(Ment to be humerous, as in mexican food gives u bad gas, no offence to mexicans or anything, also good to hear that the fish seems like it is going to recover)

Chocolate pleco's r very dark, alot of albino common plecs have a light brownish tint growing slightly darker with age, and are sold as choclate pleco's in fish stores. Just letting you know.

Not that small, not enormous like texas, but decent sized. Plus i am only 15, so no car yet. Plus driving is boston is insane, crowded to all hell crazy drivers so on, living nightmare.

My 46 gallon bowfront is starting to get little spots of a brownish bloom of something. Not sure if it is alge of fungus or what not. Pleco's are commonly used to eat stuff like this but my 10" albino common pleco doesn't seem to go neer it. Was wondering if it is anything to be concerned about...

Yea that sounds kool. Should i clean anythin off it some times new ones got like power of somethin on them. I was just thinkin bout driftwood cause i have read in several psots some plec's like to eat it, or maybe like moss or somethin that can grow on it.

First time he has ever hurt himself in the 4 years i have had him, and he used 2 be in a 14 gallon. It looked like a freak accident, i was just concerned because it's bright red underneath and it looks kinda bad, it's on the top of his head.
