@Bas Peas. In cichlid tanks they are also called target fish.

I personally feel that hybrids should not be given proper classification of any kind. It, IMHO, will lead to the creation of all kinds of weird and wonderful inventions and will sully the proper keeping of fish

At what age do male Bola Plecs grow the odontodes on their backs?

From what I understand that both L017 and L067 have yellow coloration on the caudal fins and only the L067 has this colouration on the dorsal fin. Is this true in juvenile fish as well? I have a chance to purchase L017s and want to make sure that they are L017s and not L067. I ma having difficulties...
