I'm picking up wood next time I go out but I have never tried any of those. I will have to try them and see if my cichlids leave them alone

I have a bristlenose pleco housed with african cichlids. He usually eats the algae in the tank or leftover flake that falls down to the bottom but I'm worried he's not getting enough to eat. Anything I try to throw in there for him to eat the cichlids just devour it before he even knows it's in the ...

What's wrong with bristlenose pleco?
