a lot of what i'm reading suggests that maybe i'm underfeeding my pleco. Are gibbiceps lovers of zucchini and peas like other plecos like the bristlenose?

I am very new I have been around aquariums but this is the first that I am responsible for.
so moving him into a new clean tank isn't a bad idea then but I do need to keep up on the water changes which i'm happy to do.
