Would 3 african filter shrimp in a 48 gallon 90 P ADA aquarium be safe with plecos?

Why would you pass on the Sultan Pleco? Would it eat the other fish? Other sources, says that they are slightly territorial, but mostly peaceful?

Is there another pleco I can add that is white and black that would fit better?

I have a 90P ADA aquarium, good amount of driftwood, lots of plants, and community fish (green neon tetras). I would love to add two types of slow catfish and one pleco. Could you guys help me pick out good fits?
