Nice !!

How old are they at the moment ? what other madagascarian do you have in the tank ?

Do you keep any Paretroplus kieneri or lamena ?

Re: Lophiosilurus alexandri Need HELP.....please

I am not very sure what may be the problem. Do you observed any heavy breathing ? Any red streaks on the fins or body ? Any cloudy eyes ?

You may want to isolate the fish in a tank with much lower water level.

can you post a photo of that fish ?

Re: Pictures of Pseudacanthicus serratus in Cat-eLog

This fish was originally labelled as Pseudacanthicus sp. XX in the Cat-elog. Here are a few details on the fish; 1) Fish was imported fm Peru. 2) This fish is abt 3-inch 3) It has a unique black color - unlike a juvenile L97 which is a little matt texture but for this fish, it is shiny just like oil...

Re: Which blue eyed ? Panaque cochliodon or Panaque suttonorum ?

Opps.. sorry and perhaps I wasn't being clear. Let say I name these so-called "P. suttonorum" as BES and a true P. cochliodon as BEC. Fm a layman point of view and with some photos comparison, here are a few of my observations BES grey in color high head profile - looks alittle like LDA65 ...

I have not seen them in action (feed) but they would swim around when light off.

Feeders and live worms are getting lesser by the day.

Re: Feeding Tetranematichthys quadrifilis

I am not totally sure of the ID but "T quadrifilis" in the cat elog looks more like a better match with my fish. It's an old issue, but imo all T. quadrifilis pictures are in fact T. wallacei (based on the reason already mentioned by Martin). I'll ask Jools to do so after I've re-read the...
