Hi similar looking but worse,fish doesn’t look like he’ll make it,poor fellow,very red and angry looking now

Hi totally random question as I’m not sure how this site works...
My bristlenose has a tumour like growth on his arm,getting worse bumpy and red..
All other plecos perfect,any ideas anyone?
