I stopped feeding the fish and i am treating for pop-eye, but still his belly is big, what can i do more. please help.[/img]

Hi, I have this shovel nose catfish it has about 4 years and about one week ago its belly its getting bigger. I usually give it sinking pellets and some fresh shimps all cleaned. Any help what can i do.??
