WOW! guys that was fast. I was hoping that was C. napoensis. Any recommendations on breeding. They go through the spawning motions but no eggs yet.

Local store had tank labeled “rubber nose Plecos”. Most I thought were C. formosae photo on blue gravel. Four looked different. Looking for confirmation id as C. dorsale. The rubberlips will change colors depending on substrate or rock color or mood. They will sometimes get phantom cross stripping when setting a pecking order for hides. Got bit by the catfish bug about 6 months ago and the amount to learn is a blast.
