I had a 5-6 inch' S.eupterus puncturing a double plastic bag so don't use that!! Go for something more solid.

I have just put an large piece of bamboo (60cm long, 10 cm acros) in my 720 l. tank as hideout for my clown-botias and a snack for the Panaque spp.
I just think about decomposing time/rotting/polution ect. how are bamboo compared to wood ??

Well, I have 6 zeb's and 4 of them is at least 5 years old and no colourchanges has occured. I sure hope that they will hang on for many more years...
