I agree that boiling is the right way to do. I also encounter problem of the wood being too big to soak inside the pail, so what i did was to boil the water first and then pour them over the driftwood several times. Yes much more tedious work but hey at least its boiling water treatment. :)

For me, i feed my pleco every alternate day, the amount is what they can finish in about 10 mins or so. Normally I try to feed them in the dark because I've got other tankmates that eats a lot more with light!!! :x

They're carnivorous so they'll need a meaty diet, eg carnivorous pellets, bloodworms, etc.

What i normally do is to lure them to one corner. Use 2 hands if possible to press both their side of the body, make sure it doesnt throw itself around, then carry it up!

Mine seems to have a round nosed, as compared to Cory B which has a saddlenose. Also, the dorsal and tail fin on Cory B is clear and has no markings. I d...

Hi squid,

I have some bigger plecos like royals, pseudas and smaller ones like L253, L177, ancistrus with my arowana and so far they're friendly towards one another. I think the important thing is to have enough hiding space for the plecos.
