Thanx for the link.Whats the minimum size for breeding? Couldn't find an answer relating to their size. I have read most of the forum topics and searched google for articles. They usually state 3-5 years but not a size.

I purchased 4 of these guys yesterday. They are all about 10cm. I do not know how old they are, but wanted to know how big do these guys have to be before any breeding results from them. I have read that it maybe 5inches before they start breeding?

fish #2 looks like a male and the other 2 look to be females.

Yes i will do that. will try the biggest female with the males.

i have got 6 of these fish. I am sure that i have 4Females and 2 males. I have gottem 4 spawns from them before and non of their eggs have been fertile/fungused within 2-3 days. All ranged from 12-27 eggs.

can you show me a full tank shot of your breeding setup mate.. I am trying to breed mine aswell without any luck till now. What have you used to trigger them? My females are fat az but nothing has happened yet

i a trying not to concentrate on my L066 aswell. After i give my l144 a rest i will use the tank to have a go with my L260.

i got 6 these cories, and the only ones in my country.
They have also gone pale. After i added some cover (eg plants and clay flower pots) for them and also some driftwood the colour has come back. The colours are not really orange yet tho but it is improving.

I really like them, they don't hide all the time like other hypansistrus. They are out and about and they are easy to feed not picky like my queens.

What should i be feeding my L260 and L066 to get them in condition for breeding?
At the moment i am feeding them tetra colour bits, nutrafin carnivour pellets, blood worms (once a week), discus tucker (mainly contains beef heart blood worms, and veges once a week), and shrimp pellets.
