Thanks so much! As it stands all current sterbs are happy and ok... in the end I lost 2 more..so now I have eight little sterbais but they all look healthy now at least. I do sell them (guppies)to my LFS when they get big enough usually but I have been a bit slack lately and really didnt notice the population rising (have been busy with my 3 year old, giving up smoking and becoming a gym junkie to lose the smoking kilos!.:oops: ) no excuse really I know but...

I have a sailfin gibbecep currently living in tank with discus and have discovered that he has taken a liking to the slime coat and is harrassing my discus... would like to know if he would be compatible with my synodontis eupterus as I really have no where else to put him and dont really want to ...

I am about to dose my tank with Levamisole for a camallanus worm infestation....
Now my question is : I have five young gibbeceps in this tank.. approx 6-7cm and I would like to make sure that this will not kill them...!!!!
I will be dosing at a rate of 1ml per 7litres which is a recommended dose ...

How to tell the difference between gibbicep and common pl*co
I have recently bought some gibbiceps from LFS and wanted to know if there is a specific way of telling the difference between these guys and a common pleco. I have searched but I dont think I am very good at finding things on the net... sorry....

Hi, I am new to this forum and would just like to ask a couple of questions.
I have always thought that plecos and B/nose were scaleless fish like loaches... and for that reason are sensitive to certain medications.
I recently was told that I am wrong...that they have armour and are not sensitive ...
