lower xingu has a square tail - this fish has a lyre tail of L400 or L399. I don't think it's 400, but 399 is a good possibility. Size matters, too. Smaller 400's are more sparsely spotted/striped and gain marks as they grow. It could even be L066 - they look very nicely marked as smaller fish and get ...

I don't have an ID, but I'll vote against l066 based on the non-lyre-tail and horizontal vs. vertical stripe pattern. This look closer to a 'lower xingu' than 66 or 333 that has more of a classic 'tiger' stripe pattern.
