Uaru babies will do well on any kind of food, as long as they can fit in their mouth. I usually start my babies out on a powder of some sort be it spirulina powder or krill powder or a fry bite type of food. When they get a little bigger you can feed them crushed flake. They all look happy and healthy to me. The bottom of the tank is really clean too. I have a tough time keeping my fry tank bottoms that clean. It is definately on the overcrowded side though.

I can see why they might of said they were L260, at first glance they just look really stressed to me, I know the one I had looked stressed like that too.

I wouldn't recommend them for a beginner. They require soft water. I have some of these fish and they like to hide all day if possible. HTH
