I been lining up Ziss breeder boxes on my tanks now with 2 batches of fry in each basket so about 100 babies in each breeder box.
I have a few grow out tanks now with 6-8 month olds I wondering how long 100 can stay in the box
Any advice moving forward I'm feeling overwhelmed with babies

Does everyone have better luck raising the fry in ziss breeder boxes or letting loose in a smaller growout tank?
My plan was to have a 50 gallon grow out tank and divide it into 3 by fry size with matala pads!

I was just thinking the slots in the guard seem big enough for babies to get thru
I been letting babies grow up in tanks after about 1" but sometimes very small babies escape. Non seem to get burned by the E fluvals!

So far so good just wonder if the 2 week fry would try and eat the yolk sac from the babies.

Hi Eric on feeding the babies I been keeping wood and moss and almond leaves in there because I heard they eat before the yolk is dissolved?
